does anyone have a account with correctional billing services? pre paid? tell me how long u can talk for $50.

Oh, goodness...I don't know. I just get calls directly to my home phone...so I have no clue.

My and my hubby have a prepaid acct thru Correctional Billing Services and $50 will give you around 7 phone calls. I put $50 on my acct. every 2 weeks...before I had prepaid, our phone bill got up to over $500....

I am in Virginia and dealing with a Montgomery area prison and I only get 1 1/2 calls for prepaid. My son's girlfriend's are local, so they are $4.50 for a connection fee. Of course she complains they may cut you off after 10 minutes and they if he redials, it's another $4.50 connection fee.

you can talk 15mins per phone call...Sometimes the phones shut off for no reason...

Are you local, or will it be long distance? There is a $4.50 connection fee per call + very high long distance charges. Mine are $.85 a minute. I pay $.06 per minute to call friends in other states.
