This is what the ADOC says about mail....

There is no limit on the volume of letters the inmate can send or receive,
or on the language, content, or source of mail except when there is
reasonable belief that limitation is necessary to protect the public safety or
maintain institutional order.

Authorized inmates will be allowed to purchase, from their PMOD
accounts, arts and craft items through approved reputable suppliers.

As far as sending large quantities of pages in a manilla folder you might want to call the mail room at Bibb to find out if they will accept the manilla folder. As far as you writing letter, there is no limit as far as someting printed from the internet i think it is 4 pages...Magazines and newspapers have to be ordered thru that magazine or newsparer company and be sent directly to him. If you want to send him books he can only receive 2 books per month directly from the publisher (ex: amazon, books-a-million etc.)

I believe it is per mail item...PMOD is prisoner money on deposit which is the same thing as their store funds...
