My fiance filed for divorece while in county jail in August. his soon to be ex-wife is in California. we've haven's heard back about the divorce. He's incarcerated here at eyman and wanted me to get info about what he needs to do now to finalize it. Any help would be appreciated!!

if he filed for divorce in arizona then the records are online
check to see where they are at,,, ask him what county he filed in and check the court records.. then you can see what stage it is at as that is where he would continue from.. even if he cant find her he can file for a default divorce.
