My guy is in Atlanta, and since he's been there (3months) he seems very quiet sometimes. He said it is hard to focus there and he is very unhappy. He was there for 5 years and was transferred to another USP, but now that his time is short he went back to Atlanta because that is now an FCI.Can anyone help me to help him? I don't want to ask him what exactly he's talking about becuase i don't want to seem like i'm nagging. Sometimes he calls and sounds so happy and other times he sounds terrible! I'll ask him if he's okay and he;ll say yes but i worry! Does anyone else have a loved one there?

Atlanta, is overcrowded. It is a holdover for alot of inmates that are transferring. My sweetheart was there and did not like it at all, but that was years ago.

My fiance is there right now, waiting for his transfer. I talked to him this morning and he said that there are roaches and it's pretty crowded, so needless to say he is anxious to get on his way.

My husband has been in Atlanta for a year almost. He was transferred there from FCI Talladega. It was a huge change and he does not like it either. He is about to be transferred again....to where we don't know yet.
