hi i dont really know what to say i am new to all of this and i have avoided facing the fact that my husband is gone for 5 years to prison because of something he did to me it has been a year now and i hav not made contact with him and the pain is still there i just need help to know what to do i need to talk to him but where do i start
i lost my life when he lost us

I feel so numb for many reasons the physicall damage has almost healed you know i dont even know what to write and i dont really want to talk about me but this computer wont let me go anyfurther i jaust need someone to talk to that can help me before i just need someone that can help

Have you gotten counseling through a domestic violence center? They could probably help you. It's free - you should check it out. I would suggest writing him a letter telling him all of your feelings and how this affected you. This will help both you and him. He needs to know how much it hurt you. I know your feelings can be confusing, as I'm sure you loved him and he violated that love. It's ok to have mixed feelings. Writing a daily journal can help you get some of your feelings out. It's up to you whether or not you want to contact him. Don't feel like you have to. PM me if you need to talk it out more. I'm here for you.
