My Fiance was given 2 years with 50%....in prison....not bad huh! He is in Delano reception right now......we are engaged to be married in August 2004, HOWEVER, he is scheduled for deportation to Mexico after his release............I HAVE A BIG FEAR!!!! He has previously been deported and now I am AFRAID he might be facing FEDERAL TIME for violation of deportation.................DOES ANYONE KNOW the penalties for violating deportation.....I HAVE HEARD OF SEVERAL PEOPLE GETTING ADDITIONAL TIME FROM INS FOR VIOLATING DEPORTATION..............PLEASE HELP IF YOU HAVE ANY INFO..:( :cuffs:

Yes, he can receive additional time, or federal time, for violation a deportation order. As for the length of time, it would vary on the specific circumstances. The average is probably around 24 - 36 months.
