I dont know where to begin. Just want everyone to know that no matter what you have done in the past can be made right. I spent 2 years in Massachusetts avoidingn coming to Arkansas for a robbery that I had committed. Spent 3 years in Tucker in the late 70's. One thing I learned was simple, do anything but come back here (tucker).

I had no visitors in the 3 years that I was there. The lonliest time in my life. The support network that now exists wasnt even heard of back then. Even though they are behind bars, your love is the only fuel for their survival. Making a bad choice doesnt necessarily make them a bad person. Mistakes can be corrected and forgiven. Dont let them lose sight of that.

I cant tell you the emotions that I have been feeling the past few days. Somethingn sparked me to websearch Tucker. The events that transpired over that period of time are still monumentous to me now. I will never forget it.

Ah yes..the success part..thats right...well that was about 26 years ago, as a matter of fact, close to the day as ironic as that is, the success wass me walking through those gates. Tears in my eyes. I had no idea what I was going to do, but I knew that I would not be back. I knew that I was beginning my life again and I was in control of that destiny this time. Starting with nothing..not even my own clothes on my back, ones that I got from the chapel that were about 10 years out of date...how cool am i??hehe.

Today, I have successfully managed a small business for about 20 years. I have 7 employees, I have the same phone number , I have great credit, I am respected and admired and better than that.. I like myself now.

I wish all of you luck..take heart..YOU have complete control over your entire destiny in life...dont throw it away. Life gives you as many chances that you are willing to take.. Make it happen

with love for the brothers, sisiters, wifes, fathers, sons and daughters behind the walls and the fine folks that support them

All too often members hear about things that go "wrong" after a loved one is released so to hear a long term success story gives hope.... Again, thank you and I look forward to reading more of your posts...
