I do know that in my experience it usually takes 4-6 weeks to get approved. You could call his case manager and see if you've been approved yet. As far as the driver's license issue I have no clue. You could also ask the case manager that too. Good Luck, CoCo

Diamondback doesnot have any Okla inmates in it. Back when it did they didn't bother to tell inmates when visits were approved unless the inmate ask. Hopefully you had enough sense to make copies of the visiting forms you sent because there is a really good chance they will loose the forms a couple of times before you get a visit.
Hello lilady welcome to the PTO forums it would be a good idea for you to call Diamondback and ask to speak to his Case Manager or Unit Manager.
Visitation approval by Policy only takes 30 days but they do not notify you, they will notify the inmate as to whether it has been approved or denied.
I would consider obtaining a texas state id since that is where you current address is listed from.
There are reasons that they can deny you since you are listed as a cousin they do not consider a cousin an immediate family member and it would depend on how many female visitors he has listed already.
Since he is in a private you may get approval anyway because they don't seem to be as strict on who and how many like the State facilities are. Good luck and let us know when you hear something.

In my case, my husband sent them but you could probably call and request the form.
