Hey everyone! Recently I was active on this website, but its been a few months until I have been able to access internet.
My hubby is in on a second probation violation and felony eluding. He got 6months for the violation and 1 year 7 months on the felony eluding. If you ask me...he got a pretty decent break. However, missing him doesn't get any easier. He is still currently housed in the jail but his information has been updated on the DOC website and so has his projected release date (Sept 2008). He has been in the jail since August 31. I'm not familiar how parole eligibility goes, but it states that he is eligible in Feb of 08.
If anyone knows a little bit about that I would be extremely thankful for some advice. As for now, I'm just taking it day by day. We have two wonderful children at home who miss him as much as I do.
Him and I are like night and day. He is going to be on probation for 10 years and within the next year I'm going to be able to work as a probation officer. My family finds the differences between him and I extremely amusing!
I'm glad to be back to PTO!!
