I know that those of us in this forum know that just because our men are incarcerated, doesn't mean that they aren't GOOD men, good boyfriends, good husbands, etc. as many of our "friends" who just don't understand seem to think or want to tell us so often....
I just wanted to share something that JD did recently that completely impressed me and demonstrates just how kind and considerate and downright sweet man he is....
I recently went on vacation to Tampa, FL (to visit a fellow PTO friend...) Well, JD knew when I was going... I, of course, was hoping he would still write and that I would have some mail waiting for me when I got home (which I did...) BUT... he also had saved the address of the friend I was visiting (I guess from a birthday card she sent him....) And he sent a letter TO her house in Florida, so that I would have mail DURING my vacation.... Ain't that just the sweetest?!? I was impressed at his thoughtfulness.....
YEP... he's a KEEPER!!! :)
