WOOOOOOOOPEEEEEEEEEEEEE

EVERYTHING is cool! Hey SUPER C_O_O_L fer an ole goat! LOL

Cholesterol is a bit high (218) but Doc wasn't concerned. He said,
more "OATS". I said, "goats likes barley". He look with a ????,
Capricon I said. OATS, he said with a grin and apples, pears,
peaches, green beans, carrots, pinto & garbarso (sp?) beans and brown
rice will help in lowering cholesterol.

Now that I think about it, nothing about green leafy stuff. HUMMM

Now, I think I said before, that I hadn't seen a doctor in 10 years.
So, either it's in my gen's or I'm doing things right to be in the
same shape even 20 years later, at this age. Well almost the same
shape, gotta extra 15# these days :-(

So, what have I done too CEL-ER-BREE-ATE? Well, I done did learn'n
somethang from y'all weemen......WENT SHOPPING. LMAO

I decided to get my favorit steak.......Black Angus New York and I
didn't care if it was $14.99 a pound! BUT........I hit the store just
right, they have some, a bit not so red (brownest/red), and just the
way I likeum, at 1/3 the price. I brought ALL they had (23). PIG OUT
TIME for weeks!
:D

:) Glad to hear the good news BRay!!! :) Enjoy that steak!
And by the way... us women DO go shopping in celebration, but we usually go for some SHOES, not cuts of beef!! :)

I don't think I've ever bought steaks to celebrate good news. Clothes, shoes, anything from Victoria's Secret...but beef? Never! May have to try it out.

Eat a steak for me - well done! Can't stand the thoughts of eating something raw, though my hubby likes them "black and blue" - puts them in the pan long enough to make the outside black and swears the can still hear the underlying "moo."

Glad everything went well for you B-Ray! Can't have you sick!

b-ray-congrats-and i am one woman who does sometimes celebrate with food- my friends laugh at me for being so "passionate" about food...

sometimes i treat myself to a shrimp cocktail or cheesecake- or grapes cheese and wine

Well, I said I've learned "too" shop B_U_T from a guys point of view.

It seems some has forgotten the, "other way", to happiness from a guy's point of view. ROTFL

What? Now April, your surpost to say, "have an extra glass of Merlot red", to offset the effect. ~BG~

Great News B-Ray!
As we mature ya just can't get too many of them good reports!! LOL
They now say... the "red" is good for heart and the "white" for your lungs! That should just about cover it. :-)

P.S. I like mine "aged" as well.
