Does anyone know how they decide where to move someone. He is in on a non-agg possession charge.First offense, Due to come up for parole in nov.07. Where do they move people. He is at Gurney now.:cool:

No consideration is given to how far the offender might be from his family or anything else. It just depends on where there is a space available. TDC will try to tell you that they house like offenders together but that is NOT the truth. To make a long story short you will have no idea where he might be going until he gets there. Katy subaby47 01-26-2007, 09:43 PM i have also found out they can keep them in transit for up to 2 years.my son is in goree now and i was told he would probably be there till late this year.heck he gets out dec.28 this year.lol is tx system stupid or what? can only see him behind glass rite now.but at least he is only 3 hrs frm here. |
