Okay this is what somebody told me i dont know how true it is but i heard that if your mans surcharges werent payed all up by the time he was ready to be paroled that they wouldnt release him until all was payed even if it was his cr date now can someone please tell me if this is true or not???

okay so what the f*ck!!! i need to know if this is true or not and valentina the same rules might not apply in california state prisons as they do in new york every state runs things different so if anyone knows or had experiance with this type of situation please help me out here thank you!!!:thumbsup:

Not true been there done that. The only way that you will lose your release date (cr or open date by board) Is if you catch a tier III ticket or new charge.
