Please advise...I need some info.
1. Can the judge suspend some of the time?
2. Is it true only 50 % if on good behavior?
3. Will he still have to go to prison or jail, or DOC?

new to all this...please help.

1) Yes the judge can suspend some of the time.
2) They do not get 50%, only if they are serving 12 months or less.
3) If 12 months or less - jail.... 1 year or more - DOC.
