WELL- I FINALLY GOT TO BRING OUR 8 MONTH SON TO VISIT HIS DAD!!! ALL THE TROUBLE I'VE HAD TO GO THROUGH IN THE PAST YEAR- WAS ALL WORTH THE LOOK ON JAYS FACE- SEEING AND HOLDING HIS SON FOR THE FIRST TIME. OUR SON TOOK TO JAY RIGHT AWAY- WITH A BIG SMILE AND WIDE EYES- WONDERING "WHO IS THIS STRANGER?" THE GUARDS WERE PRETTY DECENT- THEY DIDN'T PAY THAT MUCH ATTENTION TO US- AND EVERY WORRY I HAD BEFORE- DISAPPERED, THE ONLY THING THAT WAS BUMMIN WAS- THE CAMERA WAS BROKEN THERE- SO WE COULDN'T HAVE PICTURES TAKEN. JUST WANTED TO SHARE MY VISIT- :D

What wonderful news... I know you waited a long time for this visit. So happy it went well.
What a proud papa Jay must be. I know how disappointing it must have been to not get that first picture. Jay's look of surprise will be just as awsome the next time you go, as baby's grow/change so quickly... you'll get a great picture next visit.
In the mean time, take lots of pictures for Jay so he doesn't miss out on everything.

so glad things came together for you, jennifer! it must have been so special for both you and jay ~ his first visit with his son! i bet there were a few tears of joy shed! i hope the 3 of you get to visit often! *hugs*

i am so glad that he got to hold his baby.. You know he is just on cloud nine... That is such a special day even if it was in prison.. But mark that one down and remember the look in his eyes.. it is the look only a daddy can have..

How wonderful that Jay got to see his son. I bet he has a permanent smile on his face. I'll keep my fingers crossed that the camera will be fixed next visit.
