Hi everyone,

I've been trying to find out any information I can on the possibility of MDOC coming after any investments that my husband and I have. Our lawyer has said that they don't do that but I've heard so many horror stories. I've also called a couple investment brokers and they said the same, unless there are court costs, leins or back child support they don't seized assets. Has anyone out there had any experiences with this?

To be on the safe side my husband and I took his name off everything for now.. Everything's just in my name...
