This really has to stop with Sheriff Joe Arpaio's and his Baboon's beating Inmates! Brian Crenshawn 40yrs and also legally Blind was beaten so bad they broke his neck.

I really don't understand how he get's away with all the killings his Baboon's do in his jails, and again this one will be sweept under the rug like the rest.

I cant wait until the old sheriff is laid to rest so he may face all these men and women on the otherside as he is crossing over and have to deal with them all face to face! with no Baboon's at his side, no T.V. cameras in his face!:fb:

Now Now AZ-Tears:

Didn't you hear the WHOLE story? The "Said Inmate" fell off his top bunk, and on the way to the floor, he beat himself up. It happens all the time here, those top bunks are really dangerous! My Baboons have all been properly trained in the use of force and HAVE never and WOULD never harm an innocent piece of @($& inmate.

The use of Restraint Chairs is also something that has been thoroughly researched, and after careful consideration it has been decided that said chairs will only be used as a last resort, IE, the inmate is still breathing, and able to defend himself.

As for the Top Bunk Syndrome"- we are currently looking into the possiblity of adding much needed "Guard Rails" for inmate safety.

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA--- NOT!!!

I was sick when I saw that yet another life was lost due to Arpaio's idiot crew. And- you're right when you say that nothing will be done about it unless ALL of us here in AZ get together and FINALLY put an end to it!

Of course Arizona has a death penalty, AND we save the public thousands of tax dollars by skipping the entire trial and sentancing- Simply let the Baboons loose within 4 hours of the initial booking, and they'll take care of everything. If the green bologna and/or 120 degree tents don't kill you, the Baboons will finish the job.

ARGH!!! My heart goes out to this mans family, I can only hope that they don't let this slide.

A whole bunch of stink needs to be made over this. Can't a bunch of caring people down there band together and get some citizens behind them to raise money for a lawyer to help the bereaved families sue the state over this? Do they have wrongful death lawyers down there who pursue lawsuits where if they lose they don't get any money, but if they win they get paid? Someone should contact the families of dead prisoners and have them get lawyers like that and get a bunch of suits going. Someone should also insist that CNN and the other big news organizations know. And sending letters to humanitarian organizations, too, should be done. Human Rights Watch, ACLU, Amnesty International-------contacting them might help.

We've tried all of the above and more. The wonderful folks of AZ are idiots, period. We have alot of retirees here, who have no clue what is truly going on. They see a Sheriff who is "tough on crime" and saves the state tons of money, and continue to vote him in. They treat him as some sort of God! It's actually sad to watch.

He's on national television, consistently showing the world just how wonderful he is, telling only his side of the story of course. More support for this creep.

I admit, what he's trying to do is "a good thing" as Martha would say. Get tough on crime, save the taxpayers some bucks, but for Lords sake, remember these are human beings! In the beginning, Hitler had a few good ideas too- and we all know how THAT turned out!

Don't get me started...

Like I said before, this is one evil man and he's loving torturing these guys. He's a lousy person who should be locked up himself. He probably kicks his dog and his wife and kids around, too.

Like ndocwife said, we have a lot of old, wealthy people who retired here and are "afraid" because they see all of the criminal behavior nation-wide. We also have a lot of Republicans who think big business is the answer.

We have had some media coverage, but nothing that makes it personal to voters. This September, the state legislature is supposed to start making some changes. We have a new DOC Director that just may stand up for our guys and stop the continual harassment not only of inmates, but of their family and loved ones as well.

For the most part, voters here don't care...

BTW, I hear the previous DOC Director may be going to prison himself...
