My hubby is getting transferred there in a week. Looking for information on this prison and this it offer any program for our guys.

Hello, Waseca is a very nice prison, my son is there. No bars on the windows, no doors on the rooms, private bathrooms & showers. They have the RDAP program, what else were you thinking of? No college really. GED, and fun things like movie appreciation, yoga, meditation, stuff like that.

From my old bunkie who was there about a year ago, he said it used to be a woman's college. Its not bad, has Unicor I think. Overall its a good place to do time from what I heard.

Hubby finally got to Waseca the other day, doing OK. looking for anyone from Michigan going to Minnesota in April or May would like to share expenses and hotel cost. it will be my daughter granddaughter and myself traveling thinking on renting a car. want to split the cost with someone. let me know
