Does anyone know the process in marrying an inmate? Right now, my honey is in SD Jail, but he'll be transfering to RJ Donovan very soon. Please, any information with the steps I need to take would be appreciated!

Hi there...It is best that you marry while he is in county, because when he goes to Donovan you will not be able to marry him from 6 months up to a year. In Prison you also have to get the warden's approval and in jail all you have to do is just make a visit and bring a chaplain with you. The only bummer is that you have to say your vows behind glass and can't kiss, but in prison you can do that.
