I want to find out the visitation rules and when my fiancee can call me.
He was sent to Baldwin County ,Ga. 12/7/06 . How long before I will hear from him , does anyone know.

Is he there for dianostics? If so he won't be allowed visits or phone calls till he's finished which is 4 to 6 weeks! You should get a letter soon explaining everything

My fiancee' left Baldwin (diagnostics) a month ago. They recently changed the visitation rules.....now you have to wait 8 weeks before you can get a visit. they did that to allow them more time to send you to your permanent place w/out having all the paperwork for visitation. Sucks I know....I was all set to get my paperwork at 6 weeks and then he called and told me that they had just changed it to 8 weeks...phone calls he did get. It took about a few days for him to get to make his first call. Hope you hear from him soon.
