Hey everyone! Please do me a huge favor and keep my nephew,Kyle in your prayers! His friend framed him for stealing a checkbook and writng a 12,000 check when he was at home watching television and outside talking to an elderly neighbor of his.:( So now he had to spend a month and a half in jail:cuffs:. He's out on bond right now and has a job and I'm VERY PROUD of him. He's still may possibly have to do more jail time. He did tell on this friend on all the cellphones, CD'S, plus numerous other things he's stolen. For telling the cops about that will go in Kyle's favor. He's only 20 and is very scared. He even tried to kill himself a week ago. With the help of his family he straightened himself up. Just please pray for Kyle because I know he'll need them. He goes back to court on July 1st, an I hope he gets good news because if not I don't know what he'll do.-Michelle

Michelle, I'm so sorry to hear this. Your nephew is a year younger then me, I would be very scared too. can't he proof his so-called friend set him up?
tell him that it's not good to try and take his own life, he has a lot to live for. althought this will be a very ruff time, he will survive it and come out as a stronger man. let him know that I will keep him in my prayers, he's not alone.

Michelle....so sorry to hear about your nephew. Let him know he's in my prayers also and I'm keeping my fingers crossed the truth comes out and he doesn't have to do any more time in jail.

He's to go back to court the first which is Monday and I hope it all comes out well because he's got himself ajob now and his keeping himself outta trouble and I'm very proud of him. Thanks to all of you for praying for Kyle, he did well in court. But we just learned that another county has a warrent out for him and to bond out of that one he has to come up with $750and his mom is trying so hard and his dad wired money from Florida so hopefully he won't have to go to jail and that's the update on the situation with Kyle.

I've got an update on Kyle for you . I did stop him from jumping bail on Wed. by taking a bus to Florida. But guess what? He was arrested yesterday and goes to court on Monday and will probably not come out. He is a scared and very lonely boy. He just turned 19 on the 20th of this month. If they don't send him to one of the prisons they may let him do the work program . That's where you have this thing around your ankle and can go so far and if you go over your time limit that they give you to get there or get back you will get more time added on to your sentence. YUCK!! I guess that's better than prison though. He asked me what Menard was like and what all I have to do to get in to see Ron and I think it scared him and that's why he didn't go anywhere on the bus. Kyle has a bad temper as well, which don't help him while locked up. So I told him about the ticket that Ron got and the C/O lying on Ron because he didn't like him and told him about seg. as well. He was asking me all kinds of questions about prison like he knows that he will be sent to either Vandalia or Hillsboro here in Illinois. He has court on Monday like I mentioned earlier, I will be sure to let you know what takes place after court. Just please keep in in your prayers because he's one scared boy and he thinks that no one cares. He found out other wise though, thanks to Aunt Michelle. I have never had a hug from him like I had when I was trying to get him to stay here. It's like- Aunt Michelle, I'm going to prison ain't I? OH GOD! PLEASE HELP KYLE IN HIS TIME OF NEED, HE'S SCARED TO PIECES AND ALL I CAN DO IS STAND BY HIM AND HOLD HIS HAND. Now I've got myself crying!!! So I better get this post done and go wash my face. Praying for Kyle.

Alright it's Monday and I promised you all an update on Kyle so here it is. He didn't go to court today because of this, the dumb@$$ did this to himself thinking that he'd get taken to the local hospital. Tried to fake a heartattack then took his fist and punched himself in the nose. So now he's in a padded cell with no clothes on. I tried to tell him about segregation but he wanted to find out the hard way. The Mental Health place is coming to look at him and so is a heart specialist all the way from Peoria. An the only way he can have his visitation rights back is if he's back in General Population. I tried to tell him, but I guess the thought didn't occur that county jails do that as well!!!! He is to go to court--they continued it until next Monday after the heart guy and Mental Health has looked at him. I can't go because I have to be in court myself--oh joy!!! Well, there's your update on Kyle! Until I hear some more news on him keep on praying for him--believe me he needs it!!!

Kyle is out of that cell and back in a regular one now. He is to go back to court on the 19th of this month and they should decide then what will happen to him, but charges just keep on pooring in and the cops have told Darla(my sister,his mother) that they are afraid that he won't be getting out for a long time, if so it would be a miracle. I will keep you updated as I promised with this situation. An this whole family sends you hugs and many, many thanks for all the prayers that you have said and will continue to say for him. Thank you!!

Sorry I haven't kept you all up to date on Kyle.It looks he is headed to prison. His mother hired a lawyer because the public defender wasn't doing his job she thought, which he wasn't. Kyle called me on my birthday and wished me "Happy Birthday" and said that he could've called dad, but that I care more than his dad does. Now ain't that a kic in the pants? He goes back to court on the 19th and will either be sentenced or it will be continued again!!! Kyle had asked me if he could write to Ron to find out what it was like on the inside and I told him that it would be alright because he wanted to write to you anyway. Just to start the letter out to me and address the envelope to me. Kyle was to call me and his mother and we haven't heard from him at all. His mom is going to see him tomorrow so I will know more then. I think he has come to the fact that he isn't going to be out of jail for awhile. Now about the letter writing and receiving. He got two letters from girls that he knows, they took them to him and said that he couldn't have them and ripped them up in his face. My mother did receive a letter from him this week and his mom took him some paper and stuff to write letters and the officers at the jail told Kyle to tell his mom to stop bringing this stuff because she was dumb for doing it. I told him that they are just trying to push your buttons. He has been doing good so far and I am proud of him for that. I had better go and I will keep you all informed.

just an update on Kyle. His lawyer has told him that he can either do 4 months in a prison boot camp, 4 years probation, or do time in Hillsboro or Danville for possibly 5-12 years. Don't know what he'll pick, just hope it's not the probation one (not to sound cruel) because if he goes with his friends, gets mad (which he does very easily) punches him he's gone and up the river. Will know more in about two weeks.

This legal system is a pain in the a$$! Kyle went back to court today and WAS and that is the key word WAS to be sentenced today. NO WAY! More charges came in that they are putting on Kyle, they are going to dust the checks for his fingerprints and so far he owes $3000 for over 800 checks!
They did say that they were going to sentence today, last month, but now say they will do it in 3 weeks, I just wish they would make up there f----n' minds. If he did some of it or all of it don't drag it out sentence him and get on with it. Boot Camp,Prison or Probation? What will it be? I'm sure that is running through his head as well.I thought I would give you and update like I promised. I will let you know what will happen when he goes back to court!

This is really some good news, I think. Kyle went back to court and he gets out 5 days before Thanksgiving!!!!!!!!!!
He'll have to do 2 1/2 years probation, but that is better
than 4 or him not being here at all. I tell ya I will be so happy to see him that he'll wonder what happened. I will
probably hug him so hard that his neck will pop off! :)
Thought I'd let you know that all your prayers paid off thank you all very much.

I didn't get in on this to pray specifically for Kyle from the beginning Michelle, but I do lift up all PTO members and their loved ones daily. Thank and praise the Almighty for the resolution. Not that I am surprised, He is in the miracle business you know!! Now my prayer will be to keep Kyle level headed and out of trouble.

Father God, may he walk in the peace of Christ and learn to turn the other cheek when he feels like getting angry. Give him the mind of Christ Lord, so that he will do the right thing Lord. Keep him on Your path and light his walk so that he realizes right from wrong. Protect him from evil Lord. Satan, we bind and rebuke you in Jesus Name. You have no authority over Kyle and all of your plans are cancelled here and now, in Jesus Holy Name and by His authority. We thank You for Your mercy and Your grace and the covering that You place on Kyle and his family Father. Forgive us our sins seen and unseen Lord. We ask all these things in Jesus Name....AMEN!! AMEN!!

Heard from my sister over the weekend and Kyle is to back to
court on Tuesday and if all goes well he may get to COME HOME TUESDAY!!!!! If not then, it'll be 5 days before Turkey
Day!! I can't wait, but he said not to get hopes up, you just
can't help but to get them up!!!
Anyway, the other kid, the one who framed him IS getting prison time. Just keeping up to date like I promised.
