i am considering maybe moving there any one can tell me about the town

Payson use to be nice little town. It has now been basically expanded due to the fact that alot of California people came there after the last big earthquake. Prices had risen substancially. In fact some of the old timers say they could not afford to live there now if they didn't already have their homes.:(
