Just FYI, my husband called me this morning and said there was a huge fight on d yard this morning. from what they have heard (directly from the CO's), over 20 men are in the hole. there was serious injury and possibly deaths of 2 inmates. he is not on d yard, but he said they are locked down again, no program or yard today. i dont know for how long, but wanted to fill everyone in who has loved ones on that yard. I am praying for everyone that their family and loved ones are safe.

Hi my husband is on D yard I spoke to him about 1:15 this afternoon can someone tell was it whites, blacks, Hispanics or others. I just phoned the prison and spoke with Controller Morris and she said there was no incident on D yard. Has anyone else spoke with their husband on D yard today.

hmmm i dont know. like i said my hubby isnt on d yard, he just relayed a message from the COs explaining why they were locked down. he said all the cos left his dorm, and went to deal with the incident. all he said was it happened in the morning when they were in the kitchen preparing food. i dont know anything else. he hadnt heard who was involved. he should call tomorrow, ill see what else i can find out. youd think your husband would know being he is on d yard.....

Let me make a disclaimer--RAY RAY'S OPINION ONLY:D Jay member when I told you that I heard a couple of guys died during the quarantine???? Well need I say more? Riot or fight justified-medical quarantine because of carelessness--not. Okay my opnion no more said on that subject, just glad to know your man is okay girl. I don't think I'm gonna make it to SD but I am still hopeful I will make it to Blythe.

Foxxyfosho- I don't know if you were reading from these posts, but make sure you check the dates. The post before yours is from December. I think D is OK. You need to call visiting to see. 1-800-374-8474 Ext. 168. Even if you are not visiting it will say if they have regular visits. If they do then there are no problems on the yard.

The dates where right i vist my husband this weekend and they where on lockdown but still able to vist there was a huge fight but he was ok i do believe there still on lock down when i talk to officer grant she said there was actaully a fight that night beofre and she had to come in early
