So I get a call today and he tells me they have no Heat @ Lejeune. He said it has been out for a week and to top that all off they don't have hot water either. (they never do have hot water). So I am asking, who do you call? I refuse to call the brig as that just causes problems for him. The high temp in Jacksonvill N.C. today was 36 so I imagin it is very uncomfortable for all of them. :angry::banghead:

So I got a call from my senators office today and they said they would be willing to contact the dept of def. with a complaint re: no hot water. Then I was informed that the inmate may have to deal with the reprecutions due to a complaint coming from a family member, I must say that I was disapointed once again. I cannot believe that they are aware of the poor conditions as well as the poor treatment of those who speak of the poor conditions and yet nothing can be done without telling them who complained. What a joke! I also get this line.........."well, just be happy he is in a military brig not a fed. facility". What a consulation prize! I guess we should all be happy none of our loved ones are back in Iraq! ((((((((((vent)))))))))))))). :angry:

Do what?!? OK. I think it's time to organize and let EveryBody and their cousin and brother know what's going on in the military correctional system. That's pure bs. No hot water for any extended period of time ... sounds like a legitimate claim in court to me. Talk to an attorney who practices in the area of claims against the government. And tell your neighbors, friends and enemies not to vote for the sorry so-and-so that represents you!!!!!
