Dear Anyone,
I am an adult with a dad that was recently sentenced and sent away. This is all a new thing for us. My father has never been in any trouble and now he'll spend the rest of his life in jail. By the way he is 72 years old. I am very concerned for him and I would just like some feed back. They said when he gets placed he will be in a sensitive area.Possilby in Coalinga. Does anyone know anything about this place...

Thank you,
Daddys Girl

Welcome to PTO! You may want to post under the intro forum as well as you'll get more responses there.... I'm sure that others will be along who are an adult and have a parent inside... We have several members in that situation... Hang in there!

Hi Daddysgirl,
I'm in your same shoes. I'm an adult with a dad in prison too. It's a very sad thing to have your life change in such a way.
Please feel free to PM me any time.

I'm in the same situation. I'm 27 and my dad was just sent away. This is very difficult for me to handle. I'm having trouble functioning.
