We need a State Legislative body that reopen and investigate cases without DNA , and an independent, thorogh investigation of the suspected miscarriages of justice. It's time to hold these people accountable for their actions .

Oh! How I agree with you. I've been trying, ever since my fiance was taken off the Row by Ryan, to get someone to take up his case. Like so many in the system, he's innocent but nobody wants to know. The attitude seems to be 'Well, you're not facing death now so you should be grateful and shut up!!'. Why should he (and others) be thankful, he's spent nearly 20 years convicted of a crime he didn't do, why should he now 'be thankful' and spend the rest of his life in prison. He did say, before the clemency, that he'd rather die an innocent man than spend the rest of his days in prison, innocent.
Perhaps it will take a lot of shouting and protest from those of us with innocent loved ones within the system to get the authorities to do something.

There is a great deal more that has to be done. We need everyone to get involved.
