Yes and make sure TIME You go there. MAKE IT KNOWN you're outta state and REQUEST more time don't ask! Say " I NEED MORE TIME BECAUSE I'm from out of state. They get fussy request the Tour commander or Sgt on duty!!! GET THAT EXTRA Time. If you want it of course but yes!! I know TRUST ME. THEY HAVE TO GIVE your more time!!:thumbsup:

Tell them I need 2 hours. That's pretty decent. They might be like ugggh ugggh. But be PERSISTENT. Normally the visits at rikers is like 15min-30 (at most) so get them for all you can. USE your outta state ID.:thumbsup:

Yes as long as you have an Up to date state ID you will get in. OBCC is considered a Box prison but they also have a dorm area. The visit is 1hr long and you can and should request more time.

each time i visited my husband from out of state i got AT LEAST 2
hours. one time we got a 4 hour visit! :D

just be very nice to them & the usually respond nicely.
