SOMEWHERE ON THIS WEBSITE IS A POST FROM A WOMAN WHOS SON HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH NEGLECT. SHE WAS ASKING EVERYONE TO WRITE LETTERS TO THE GOVERNOR AND I DID AND THIS IS THE RESPONSE THAT I GOT TODAY.
