I am just sharing..others thoughts and ideas may help me. I have a penpal in Holman, on Death Row. He has no family or financial supprt from any one. I have brought him a tv and sent $10 every now and then. He is very grateful and apologises for asking for money. Are their any charity groups that can just help him get some money for shoes? I have told him in my letter that I can not help financially. :confused:

I don't know of any right off hand. I will search around to see if I can find anything. Has he asked about replacement shoes. I know at one time when they issued shoes that when they were wore out they could turn them in for another pair of state issued shoes...
