I am starting a thread about Elkton as my brother is there. He has been there a few weeks. It took a long time for his phone list to get own the computer, But he has called about 4 times. He said its not a boyscout camp!!
It is a newer prison built in 1999 I believe. He is with the over 50 yrs olds group, which I think is good. The food is terrible. He hasnt said much about it. He follows the prison rules. What ever they are. I hope to go visit after christmas all though its over 600 miles. He ask me for a microwave cook book.
I guess they have a microwave. I don't say much about things on phone, they record every thing. I guess they get new items for Nov and Dec in the commisary. I really would like any information about Elkton anyone would like to share post.

My bro called yesterday he said it cost him 3.90 for 15 min call.

My brother called me yesterday and for 15 min call it cost $3.90,
That is not bad, compared to some calls I have saw posted.
