Has anyone here successfully sent a package to their loved one at Ulster either in cadre or reception? I have a question about sending lotion. When I called the officer in the package room said that it couldn't have hemp or alcohol in it and the container could not be glass. When I asked if there were any other restrictions she said no.
I know a lot of places are big on everything being "hermetically" sealed, basically wrapped in package by the manufacturer, but she didn't say anything like that.

Any help is appreciated.
