Does anyone happen to know about the visiting in norco. I have never been there and I am hearing that you have to get there at 3:00 in the morning? Any info will help, my friend just got transferred there from chino.

You do not have to get there at 3am. On my visit day - you will get in and usually get to stay all day as long as you are there by 7am. Be sure you are visiting on the right day, and just line up with all the cars by the park. I am not sure if other days are more busy - but I bet you'd be safe all around if you are there by 6am.
