Hi, I'm pretty new to this site. My love is in Lewis-Stiner. His release date is 2012. We still have 5 1/2 years to go. I am in Tucson. Waiting for my visitation to be accepted. My love and I have been through 2 1/2 years of his time so far. We are getting married when he gets out. He does not want to marry in prison, he says its b***s***, I will marry him anywhere but he wants our wedding day to be perfect. We've been together since 2002, he is the love of my life. He got caught in a stolen car. He wasn't even driving. He took the wheel when cops got behind him and took them on a 13 mile chase. They gave him 10 years for it. The system in this state is really excessive. I live for my baby's letters and phone calls and since I just got off probation myself for something completely different, we've been waiting for over 2 years now for me to be able to visit him. I sent the form in last week and am scared to death. Well I just wanted to introduce "us". Thanks for being here.

I know the feeling we have 5 years left, he has been in SMUll in Eyman for the past 9 months............sucks. Right now he is in Yuma county awaiting sentencing on some other charges hoping to get them run concurrently. I love being able to get calls everyday instead of once a week. 2 and 1/2 years of this has been lonely.

yeah, my man was in SMUII also for a bit, now he's in Lewis. I hope your mans time runs concurrent for you both. I know how lonely it is. My man told me to get a puppy, so I finally did, now I'm not sure I did the right thing, I mean I love the puppy and all but this is a lot of work. She does keep me company.

I wish we could get calls that much! I only get a call a week and it's only for 15 minutes, but I am grateful.

im waiting for then too, we're in california and we just got married. we figure that we were already gonna do it before he got busted and i would rather be waiting on my husband. so i feel you anyhow good luck with the visiting stuff. two years is a long time no being able to visit. i hope u get approved.;)

Thanks, he goes back to DOC and SMUll on December 20th. I am going to be really lost without the daily contact but it has been a great 7 weeks. We have grown so much closer being able to talk 45 minutes a day(of course in 15 min calls) we can hear the emotion in each others voices. Of course the bills have been huge but worth every penny.
