I stumbled upon this website in hopes of understanding my father's sentencing to St. Clair. His name was William Jarrett Russell II, but went by Bill Russell. He died at St. Clair's in 2000 and I was hoping to find someone who might have known him. I know it's a shot in the dark, but its worth a try. I don't know much about him, anything would help.

My guy has only been at St. Clair since the summer of 2005 so I don't think we'll be of any help, but do you know if he was at any other facilities prior to St. Clair?

No, I'm pretty sure he was just at St. Clair. I tried to find out more about his sentencing and I was told he was there for a year before he died.

OK, well, we definitely haven't been there long enough to be of any help, but you never know when someone might come along here who has, so keep checking back...
