Hey all.

I was just wondering if anyone was familiar with the way facility transfers went.
My hubby was put in Maplehurst, but apparently that is only temporary. I have NO clue where they will transfer him to. In talking to other inmates, he's under the impression he'll go to Penetang. I would think it makes more sense for him to stay there or go to Brampton.....but I'm not sure how this whole process works. Any advice?

Only thing I know about it is, It'll all depend on his classification (ie min med or max). They'll likely place him in a facility that best suites his classification and if he has to take any programs they'll usually place them in a place that offeres the treatment they require. I know it isn't much help and hopfully someone can post a bit more info but it's a start.
