Hello, I just want to check in. I've been reading a lot of messages on this website and I've really never posted anything. Does anyone else out there have a man in Lewis? Stiner unit? Please post if you do. I want to know everything I can about that place. My man's doing 6 years there. Please tell me anything you can. Thanks for being out there.

Thank you for all for welcoming me to this forum. I'm glad you are out there. I have no one else who understands what it's like to be seperated from the love of your life who was sent to prison. My honey is in Lewis-Stiner and won't be out until 2012. I'm gonna need you all!

Welcom Stace. I too have a fiance in Lewis-Morey Unit. He will not get out until 2012 also. Just hang in there and around here. There people are fabulous and a great source of information and strength.:thumbsup:

We have a son at Lewis in the Morey unit. You are right, people do not understand unless they have been there. You are now among ones that do know and do understand. Hang in there.

If you look through some of the threads you will see people from that unit. I've noticed the AZ forum isn't terribly active, maybe you could pm one of the people from Stiner unit and get more info.

My guy was only at Lewis for 10 days in the transitory unit so I don't know anthing about it.

hey girl my man is in lewis also he was at stiner red side till they decided to move 150 inmates to newcastle indiana and my husband happened to be one of them but my man gets out in 2010 i know how you feel girl i feel so lost with out him and he knows this we have never been away from eachother like this but now they sent him even further this sucks but shit im gonna ride and die for my man just keep your head up girl and stay strong
