Welcome to the IRR forum. The purpose of this forum is to provide a safe haven for those in IRR's to post about their experiences with their loved ones in the prison system. This is the SOLE purpose of this forum. While you may have "other" issues regarding your IRR this is NOT the place for them. Your participation and cooperation is welcome. Please note: all threads/posts that do not relate directly to IRR's and the prison system may be removed.

As everyone knows, race can be a very sensitive issue. We hope that everyone will keep this in mind when posting in this forum.

Please remember that what might be totally acceptable (or even a term of endearment) to you could be offensive to others. We all know that are certain terms that many people are offended by. The use of any derogatory terms in reference to race will not be tolerated in this forum just as in any other forum. If you are unsure if the word you are about to post would be seen as offensive by others, it is probably best to leave it out or you could PM a moderator for his or her opinion.

For those of you who are not in an IRR, we would like to welcome your support in this forum too. However, please remember that if you have religious or personal beliefs against IRRs, PTO is not the place to voice them. PTO has a strict policy in regarding intolerant views toward minorities.
