So, I am trying to write a paper on the drug war leads to so many people's imprisonment and how imprisonment effects inmates and their development milestones. Now as loved ones of people in prison we know how this happens but I need to find research that notes it but am not having any luck finding studies about how prisons affect people. I choose to write this paper since its about something that interests me, seeing as my boyfriend is in jail, but i cant find the research i need. Im annoyed too that this information isnt easy to find since soooo many people are in jail or have been. Right now there are over 2.2 million Americans locked up and many more that are finally out and researchers, social workers etc. dont have info on how its affects the,. :angry: Any suggestions on where to look or know of anything that will help?
