Hello - I recently was desiginated to Carswell and I'm suppose to surrender on October 30. I am hoping for an extension of about 2 weeks so I can get a better airfare (not a cheap one-way ticket!). I posted something earlier in the week asking for any and all information on Carswell, so if you get a chance take a look and any info will be apprecitated. I have a 36 month sentence and my crime is white collar. I have a beautiful daughter who is a young adult and I'm sure will be fine, but that doesn't stop me from worrying. I haven't even left yet and I'm already lonely. Does anyone know anything about getting an extension on your surrender date? My attorney is out of town and my date is only a week away. Also any info on anything would be great. I wanted to say thank you to everyone who has shared with me. This site has been very calming for me. God Bless you all.
