if so, please share any information with me. hes doing a 1 1/2 - 3 year bid. he was denied shock because of a prior conviction about 10 years ago. he is now for a non violent, non drug crime. i think the counselor at ulstercounty is going to give him some gambling program. does anyone know how long those usually take and any other info regarding this? thanks a lot. i appreciate any help
