My concern is the treatment of the inmates. I have heard of beatings, kicking from the guards while an inmate was face down on the ground during a code red. I have heard of men being written up and going to Discipline Boards for being asleep and on their backs in their bunks during a code red. The rule states that they are suppose to be on their stomach. This person was asleep when the code red was called. He got written up anyway. These conditions are insane. I understand the command states that policy dictates the conditions. Attorneys can't get in to see their client. They are left waiting, men can't get JAG to respond to requests for legal representation. This used to be the United States, when did it become a communist community within our military?
