my fiance just got sent to Bibb Correctional Facility, and I was wondering if they had to wait 90 days like at Kilby before they could have visitors

I'm not sure about Bibb, but I know my fiance was sent to Easterling after only being at Kilby for close to 3 weeks. He was there (Easterling) maybe 3 weeks before his first visitation. His first week he set up his list. The next time his group was scheduled for visitation, I was able to go see him. If your fiance is not sure, you could always just call the prison. I think the only reason Kilby has such a waiting period is b/c they are like the "orientation" facility into the system. Most prisoners aren't slated to be there for very long before they are moved to another facility. GOOD LUCK on getting to see him soon!!!!

Once they get out of Kilby and get to wherever they're going to reside as permanent party, they'll have to fill out a visitation, funds, & phone list shortly after arrival.

It usually takes around two weeks - sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on the facility - for their lists to be approved. He will receive written notification when each one's approved (or not approved).
