I wanted to ask,does anyone know how early can inmates start making calls?I'm trying to figure out who the 'unknown' is on my mobile!!..Missed him again if it is!!:(

It depends what facility he is at...and when the guards turn on the phones. I've had them come through at 5 am eastern time while he was on central time. Right now...same time, 6 am is usually the earliest.

Thank-you for that.He's at Victorville(USP),and the call would was at 7.08 am(my time:15.08 pm)..So,it could have been him..:)

Thank-you!!He's not going to be pleased with me,because that will be the fourth!I keep telling him that we need to arrange days and the time ,so I can be on guard and waiting...But does he listen?!
Besides missed calls to Cornwall aren't cheap(for him-he always pays) and I always feel so miserable when I do miss them,and sad for him,because he told me when he hangs up,he feels disappointed..:(
