St.Clair has alot of problems with the telephones not working properly. It takes most of time 3 days for them to get fixed. It worries me when my son doesn't call me on days he is suppose to and especially if he goes 2 or 3 days over day he was to call. All kind of things go thru my mind! Does anyone else experience that problems with where their love one is at?

Limestone is having the same problem. I think there are 6 phones in my husband's dorm, and usually 2-3 of them are broken, and the ones that aren't broken have terrible static. You'd think for the amount of money they're making they could stay on top of things. Like my hubby says, 10 times the price for 1/3 of the service!!

I know when my hubby was at Elmore the phones always went on the blink. Since he has been at Bullock the phones go down regularly there...
