I need to VENT over MCI. I have been receiving phone calls from my fiance for over a month now.My long distance carrier is ATT, but MCI bills me through them for my collect calls from my fiance. As of last Thursday, I have a new block on my phone. I have talked to at least 200 people from mci who have done nothing but tell me a different lie each time. The reason for the block is because supposidly it is linked to another line. I live in an apartment beside his parents who also have a line, and I get my mail at their address. I had to fax a copy of my phone bill at 10 pm last Thursday night and was told the block would be off by Monday. Well guess what? They lied.............again. I have had it with them. If anybody has a phone number besides 800-231-0193 or advice, I would appreciate it. They SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:angry: :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry: :angry:

My friend went through the same crap with MCI. They had put a block on her phone and she paid the money to take it off then they said it wasn't even her phone or some crazy stuff and put the block back on there. It's always a mess dealing with phone companies. They haven't ever put a block on mine but I think it's b/c I only have like 1 or 2 collect calls a month. I think it's like if you go over a certain amount that they put a block on there. I'm sorry you're going through this. (((((hugs)))))

It is difficult to deal with them at times.And no one ever really has a good answer when you call them with questions.I hope you have finally gotten it all worked out. Kitty

Just call the phone company and have your number changed!
