Hubby wants to transfer there... said it is like apartments with only 8 guys to a mod. Does anyone know about this place?

why? what's wrong with dv mccf? my hubby just got transfered there yesterday.

My husband is at mesa verde ccf in bakersfield. its cool as far as the visitation goes the employees are nice, and others are really cool. the place looks like a post office. its in the middle of the town. just as with any facility u have drama, but the peeps in charge are really knowledgable in regards to being professional and all.i am glad to say my husband will be home this month. so where is d.v.c.c.f.?

North of San Bernardino... it is in Adelanto just by Victorville off the 15. Its just a screwed up place to be... Do you know if bakersfield is run by GEO? Oh... the main reason he wants to transfer is cuz I am driving over 200 miles to see him now and if he can go to bakersfield it will only be like 75 miles.
