my girl is in adseg shes been there for quite sometime....the only complaints i hear from her is on the heat......she is located in gatesville tx.....n hwy 36 B/P i belive the murry unit....i dont know how she does it.......every letter i recieve from her is filled with love and hope...please pray for us.....

TX inmates qualify for one phone call every 90 days for good behavior, but don't hold your breath. They get a major case if they sneeze. So as far as I've been able to determine, good behavior is defined as not moving or breathing. She won't be able to send you a picture, unless she already has copies of some. If you visit her, they used to take a polaroid (for $ 3 each) on the first weekend of the month. I'm not sure, but I believe they've cut that out except on special occasions like the holiday season and Mother's Day. I know all this because my Thea is also in Gatesville at the Murray Unit. The warden is actually a fair woman. I've not heard anything bad about her. But the prison is just like any other: Bad. Has your girl said anything about having a fan? My Thea has a fan. Ask her, because they might let you get her one if she doesn't have one.
