 My friend in Carswell has requested that her friend that has had prior convictions be able to visit her. Have any of you had this situation occur? She has sent the form to the friend & there is a section to be filled out where she is to explain "WHY" she thinks they should visit. Other than the obvious reasons, if any one here has filled out this form, what did you say? Thank you

It is possible just dont know how often it happens.

d. Persons With Prior Criminal ConvictionsThe existance of a criminal conviction alone does not preclude visits. Staff shall give consideration to the nature extent and recentness of conviction as weighed against the security considerations of the institution. Specific approval of the Warden may be required before such visits take place. file:///C:/DOCUME%7E1/AUTUMT%7E1/LOCALS%7E1/Temp/moz-screenshot.jpgfile:///C:/DOCUME%7E1/AUTUMT%7E1/LOCALS%7E1/Temp/moz-screenshot.jpgfile:///C:/DOCUME%7E1/AUTUMT%7E1/LOCALS%7E1/Temp/moz-screenshot-1.jpg
