Is it true when a prisoner is released they are not allowed to stay in the same town the prison is in? We were making plans to pick up my friend at PB who gets released in about 7 mo.and planned on staying in Crescent City that night before the long drive home but he told me today that he heard he can NOT stay in town after getting released?????
Has anyone heard of this? True or False? Thanks!

as far as i know they are not allowed to stay they can be violated for being there and usually coming home from the bay they need to report the next day so be safe and call the counselor but if i were you id get out of town........amy
