hey do you guys know what the requirement is for being moved to e beds - me and my husband applied for family visits- we knew we were going to get denied but we were going to appeal - well his witch of a counselor got ticked off because he overstepped his authority per se and said she was going to recomend him to go to the e beds which is very BAD for him (without going into detail) so I am just wondering if they have a criteria for the beds or what ?

If he’s been threatened by the counselor, I believe he can file a 602 complaint. I know if staff threatens an inmate with retaliation of some sort, they can be written up and disciplined for it. However, we all know how that goes. But it’s always worth a try to file a 602, or have him talk the Captain on the yard.

I thought you have to have less than a year or 6 months and be a level 2 to be on the e-beds. However, I’m not sure of the exacts. I’ll try to find out. But have your love ask the CO’s and other inmates for the information too, or his building rep. or a MAC rep.
